Beautiful, natural and durable surface. Ecoline Future 2 K Premium
Sport (contains lacquer and hardener) is part of a newly
developed coating system for sports flooring, wooden and
bamboo floors and heavily used furniture surfaces. The Ecoline
Future 2 K Premium Sport is healthy-living. The system, which is
easy in handling, is in line with the VOC guide line 2010.

Fields of application:
For all kinds of wooden floors (solid wooden floors, parquet,
multiply and veneered floors) and surfaces in interior areas. We
recommend a trial coating on original wood.
Restrictions on use:
Our experience has shown that bleeding of wood ingredients
and a cloudy appearance may occur if having wood with
water-soluble components (e.g. Merbau, Jatoba, Afzelia, Robinia,
Acacia). We recommend a trial coating on original wood.
The following standards are recommended to take note of: DIN
18356 ”Working with parquet“ and DIN 18367 ”Working with
wooden paving”.
Preparation:
Wood surface must be dry and clean (max. moisture content 12%).
Any lacquer or paint remains need to be sanded off completely. Sand
the surface thoroughly. Final sanding should be done with a cross
grinding pad or sanding paper min. grain 120 -150 – also in edge
areas. Remove sanding dust with dry cloth or vacuum cleaner.
Processing:
Ecoline Future 2K Premium Sport is just to get applied with SAICOS
Aqua Roller.
1st coat:
• Ecoline Future 2 K Premium Sport
Mix Ecoline Hardener with Ecoline Future 2K Premium Sport
(1 part Ecoline Hardener with 10 parts Ecoline Future 2K
Premium Sport) and shake well for about 2 minutes.
Apply undiluted with SAICOS Aqua Roller.
Note: Do not pour directly on the surface, rather work
with a Paint Tray.
Application quantity: approx. 100-120 g/sqm
Pot life: 1-2 hours.
Drying time: approx. 3-4 hours.

2nd/3rd coat:
Mix Ecoline Hardener with Ecoline Future 2K Premium Sport (1 part
Ecoline Hardener with 10 parts Ecoline Future 2K Premium Sport)
and shake well for about 2 minutes. Apply undiluted with SAICOS
Aqua Roller.
Note: Do not pour directly on the surface, rather work with a Paint Tray.
Application quantity: approx. 100-120 g/sqm
Pot life: 1-2 hours.
Drying time: approx. 3-4 hours.
This product can also be used with machinery. For further
information please contact your dealer.
Important:
Do not close container which contains lacquer/hardener
mixure! Max. 2 coats per day. 3rd coat is applied after a slight
sanding with mesh grinding pad (grain 150).
Best processing temperature:
between 18°C and 25°C. The surface to be coated min. 8 °C.
Coverage:
1 liter is sufficient for approx. 9 sqm (1 coat).
Drying time:
Dust dry after approx. 1 hour, walkable after approx. 3-4 hours.
Sandable after minimum 6 hours. Final curing and full resistance after approx. 7–10 days.
