Wood Floor Lacquers

You can use wood floor lacquer in a similar way to varnish. Apply it to a wooden floor to protect the surface and make it shine. Unlike oil, lacquer will sit on top of the wood without sinking into it. Use it in particular in a room where there is high or heavy foot traffic, or where you’re after a glossy or high-gloss finish. Lacquer also gives wood a high level of protection and will add a degree of water resistance.
